The 2026 International Conference on Social Culture and Public Art will be held grandly in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, which has a long history and profound cultural heritage. The conference focuses on innovative practices and theoretical explorations of public art in the social and cultural context, covering core topics such as urban public space creation, community participatory art, cultural heritage revitalization, art intervention in social governance, digital public art, ecological aesthetics, urban-rural cultural integration, and public art policies, aiming to promote the organic synergy between art, humanities, and social development. ICSCPA 2026 will invite renowned scholars, artists, curators, urban planners, and cultural policy makers from home and abroad to give keynote speeches, and organize special forums, art case sharing, youth scholar dialogues, and on-site visits to cultural projects in Taiyuan and Jinzhong regions, building an interdisciplinary and cross disciplinary international exchange platform. All accepted papers will be published by internationally renowned publishers such as Springer and Atlantis Press, and submitted to authoritative databases such as CPCI and Scopus for retrieval, ensuring that academic achievements are widely disseminated and recognized.
