- About to ICSCPA 2025- In 2025, the mountainous city of Chongqing will welcome an international event focusing on social and cultural development and innovation in public art - the "International Conference on Social Culture and Public Art". The purpose of this conference is to provide a platform for in-depth communication among scholars, artists, urban planners, and the public worldwide, to jointly explore how to promote social and cultural progress and development through public art, as well as how to preserve and promote local cultural characteristics in the rapid urbanization process. Chongqing, a city that combines the beauty of mountains and rivers with modern urban style, has become an ideal location for hosting this conference due to its unique geographical environment and rich cultural heritage. The conference will discuss topics such as the role of public art in community building, cultural and artistic expression in social change, cross-cultural communication, and new trends in public art. Experts, scholars, and practitioners from around the world will gather together to share their research achievements and practical experiences in their respective fields. The conference format is diverse and rich, including keynote speeches, thematic discussions, workshops, and field visits, aiming to explore the relationship between public art and social culture from theory to practice in a comprehensive manner. All full paper submissions to the ICSCPA 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICSCPA 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iacscpa@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
As a platform for global academic communication, the quality of conference publication has always an aspect attracting much of our attention. To ensure quality of our publication and to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for reviewers among professionals and experts of the world. Professionals and experts who hold PhD (doctoral) degree in the conference related areas are encouraged to join in us and together, we will work hard to become a world-class academic conference. Please send us your CV by email (iacscpa@sub-paper.com) if you are interested in it.
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
